Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, including our Reservation & Cancellation Policy and House Rules, apply to every reservation made with Sophia's Inn through this website. By making a reservation, you agree to them.

1. Reservation fee

• A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm all direct bookings.
• Submitting the reservation form holds the room for you temporarily. You must pay the reservation fee and upload your proof of payment within 24 hours, or the reservation expires and the room is released.
• Reservations are confirmed only after the reservation fee has been received and verified by our team. You will receive a confirmation email.
• If we cannot verify your payment, we will email you the reason. Where possible, you may upload a new proof of payment before the new deadline.

2. Cancellation

• If you cancel the reservation at any time, the reservation fee is forfeited.
• The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. No-show

• Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice are considered a no-show.
• The reservation fee is forfeited and the booking is cancelled.

4. Early check-out

• Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date are not entitled to a refund for the unused night(s).

5. Changes to a reservation

• Requests to change the check-in date or shorten the stay are subject to room availability and may require a new reservation.
• The original reservation fee remains non-refundable.

6. Cancellation by Sophia's Inn

• If we are unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation fee will be fully refunded, or you may choose to reschedule, subject to availability.

7. Rates and occupancy

• Room rates are per night and include the number of guests stated for each room.
• An additional guest fee is charged per person per night for guests above that number, as shown on each room's page.
• The maximum room occupancy must be observed. Reservations above the maximum occupancy are not accepted.

8. Payment policy

• Full payment is required before check-in. Guests may enter their room only after full payment has been received.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, GCash and bank transfer.

9. House rules

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: before 12:00 NN.
• Early check-in and late check-out are available at ₱50 per hour, subject to availability.
• No pets are allowed inside the property.
• Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior approval.
• No parties or gatherings are allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Please switch off lights, the air conditioner, TV and other appliances when leaving the room.
• Any lost room key, damaged property or missing items will be charged accordingly.
• Sophia's Inn is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
• Guests must present a valid ID at check-in.

• We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
